在科研实践方面,设计过多个评价中心方案,参与过职业生涯咨询服务、人事测评服务、人力资源系统设计(薪酬、招聘等多方面):为葛兰素史克、德国汉高、剑桥职业经理人培训中心、泰达荷银基金管理有限公司等单位设计和实施领导力评价中心方案;为德加德管理咨询公司(“猎头”公司)设计和实施针对跨国企业高级职位的选拔评估方案;为中国海关开发情境性模拟测验等等
